Box Deliveries

Orders

  • To place an order for a Zlatno DessertZ Box it is all done through our website.

    *Please make sure all your orders information and personal information is correct.

  • If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us at zlatnodessertz@outlook.com or call 0426 109 947. (Calls are accepted during opening hours).

    If changes are accepted, they are only able to be made 24 hours prior to the set delivery date of your order.

  • Boxes are set and unfortunately cannot be customised at this time. The only definite exception we will make is ensuring a box is completely Halal friendly, you will have to contact us to ensure this.

    If you are ordering more than 5 boxes or for catering purposes, we would be happy to discuss.

  • For any orders inclusive of catering, bulk orders, office subscriptions etc, please contact us at zlatnodessertz@outlook.com or call 0426 109 947. (Calls are accepted during opening hours). We will be happy to make arrangements.

  • If you have ordered a box or item prior to it being sold out, we will do our best to accommodate your order. Subject to availability, some items within your box may have to be replaced with others of equal value and or similar items.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If for any reason there is a problem with your order contact us immediately at zlatnodessertz@outlook.com or call 0426 109 947. (Calls are accepted during opening hours).

    We are able to offer store credits that are validated for 12 months from the time you receive the credit. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from time of purchase and must have a 24 hour time frame before scheduled date of delivery. Cancelling an order will result in a store credit.

  • We accept; Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and afterpay.

Box Deliveries

Delivery

  • We offer next day delivery within Canberra, Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra and Googong, if ordered before 12pm on the day of desired delivery Monday – Friday.

  • Your box will be delivered between:

    Monday – Friday: 12pm – 5pm

    You will receive a text prior to your delivery on an estimated arrival time. Please note unavoidable circumstances may arise causing a delay in the time frame. Our drivers will do their best to oblige within the time frame.

    *Please note, we advise someone to be available at the location during these times, as we will not leave the box unattended to. A rescheduled delivery will result in an extra cost. You will be contacted about your rescheduled delivery.

  • We currently only deliver to Canberra, Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra and Googong.

    Please ensure your address is correct. If the address is an apartment, unit or townhouse, ensure the numbers are distinct along with any special instructions necessary for an easy delivery and everything can easily be understood.

  • There is a flat rate for deliveries.

    Canberra - $7

    Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra and Googong - $10

    *We do not offer pickups, only delivery is available.

  • If your delivery has to be rescheduled due to it being unattended, the reschedule cost is a 50% rate of the initial order, which must be paid prior to the rescheduled delivery. If incapable of same day delivery for the rescheduled order, a re-purchase of the products will need to be made.

    A ZD team member will be in contact with you. We will try our best to work with you and we ask that you kindly do the same in order for the delivery to workout smoothly.
